Number 10 Internship  

Through the Number 10 Internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to work within a futbol in one of the world’s most vibrant and global cities. The program offers structured mentoring, learning sessions, and opportunities to interact with employees across all departments, giving your insight into the diverse roles and operations within the club. This is more than an internship, it's a unique chance to grow your skills, build your networks and be part of a passionate team. 

Inter Miami CF is looking for a Stadium Operations Intern is responsible for assisting with the daily activities required to run, maintain and service the stadium, training facility and events. This position will be a one-year part-time seasonal paid internship.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Assist with stadium and training facility set up and breakdown. 
• Assist with any team operational requests or needs. 
• Assist with facility upkeep. 
• Work flexible/varied hours as scheduled, including nights, weekends and holidays. 
• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and guests. 
• Participate in periodic facility walk throughs. 
• Other duties and special projects as assigned. 

Requirements

• Applicants must be current students pursuing a undergraduate or graduate degree in sports Management, related field, or recent graduates who completed their degree no more than six months prior to the application deadline. Ability to interact with members professionally and confidently at all levels of the organization. 
• Must be a self-starter who is able to multi-task, be a quick learner and work in stressful environments independently and within the group 
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Prior Operations, Events, or Hospitality experience a plus. 

Physical Demands: 

• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. 
• This position requires work inside and outside of the building and some exposure to adverse conditions.

Additional Information: 

Start date: January 14th , 2026 

Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship, without interruption. Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work visa from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to maintain their authorization to work in the U.S.
