Summary/Objective 
The Internal Operations Coordinator will manage all customer service for NXT as well as all administrative and operational tasks for the girls' lacrosse club and XPR (extra programming). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: customer service, maintaining internal documents, managing apparel and equipment inventory, and gear distribution. Additionally, the role involves an on-field component, where the coordinator will serve as a coach for the Girls' Field Club, either as a head coach for a single team or as an assistant coach. 

Responsibilities 
Customer Service: 
  • Address customer questions via email or phone regarding registration, payments, rosters, waivers, profile updates, refunds, etc. 
  • Follow up with customers with professionalism, politeness, and clear communication. 
Club Operations: 
  • Oversee registration for club teams, camps, clinics, and other programming. 
  • Handle team travel logistics including booking rooms, coach flights, rental cars, and assisting families with room blocks 
  • Maintain TeamSnap: upload initial rosters, practice schedules, tournament details, and create education programs. 
  • Receive, inventory, and store all club equipment (e.g., tents, player gear, uniforms, etc.) and distribute to players 
  • Assist with the management of all waivers and rosters for NXT LC Tournaments 
XPR Operations: 
  • Manage setup and check-in for all XPR 
  • Handle pre- and post-camp logistics, including gear prep, transport, and unpacking. 
Club & Event Administration: 
  • Assist with registrations, payment plans, discounts, credits, AR collection, etc. 
  • Manage company calendars, ensuring accuracy for all programs and events 

Coaching: 
  • Serve as a coach for the Girls' Field Club, either as a head coach for a single team or as an assistant coach when needed. 
 
Work Environment 
This job operates in a professional office setting as well as at outdoor sporting events. You must be able to stand, kneel, or bend for an extended period of time. Lift up to 50 pounds. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and camera equipment as well as sporting equipment such as bins, tables, water jugs, goals, cones, ball buckets, signs, team tents, etc.  
 
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work 
This is a full-time position with general hours from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. It is expected to work nights and weekends when club events require it.  
 
Required Education and Experience 
Bachelorโ€™s Degree from a 4-year accredited University or College and previous lacrosse playing and or coaching experience.
