The Pineville Porcupines, proud members of the Old North State League, are a summer collegiate baseball team based in Pineville, North Carolina. The team is looking for an enthusiastic and spirited individual to become the next face (and quills) of Porcupines entertainment—our beloved mascot, Quilly.

- A bold, outgoing personality (even if it’s hidden inside a porcupine suit)
- High energy and a commitment to creating unforgettable moments for fans of all ages
- Willingness to sweat, dance, and celebrate—rain or shine
- Comfortable performing in costume and maintaining character
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Bring Quilly to life at all home games through dancing, skits, crowd interaction, and photo ops
- Participate in select community and promotional appearances throughout the summer
- Collaborate with the promotions team to execute in-game entertainment
- Maintain the mascot costume and communicate any costume needs
- Help make Porcupines baseball the most fun in the league
- Other duties as assigned
Summer interns begin in June 2025. This is an unpaid position. Interns should seek college credit for completion of the internship.
