Are you interested in working in product marketing for a championship sports organization? 601 Analytics - the Miami HEATโ€™s in-house Strategy & Analytics team - is seeking to hire an intern! The Product Marketing Intern would be responsible in supporting our product marketing efforts. As a Product Marketing Intern, your main responsibilities will include supporting the product marketing team with design, documentation, and reporting tasks. We are seeking a creative and detailed individual who can review, comprehend, and explain complex product features and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences, while building positive relationships throughout the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, difficulties, and trends
  • Collaborate with product & marketing teams to develop and implement product marketing strategies
  • Build content to promote our products and services, including social media posts, website content, and sales collateral
  • Support the sales/support teams in crafting and delivering product demos and presentations
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and use data to optimize future efforts
  • Lead the effort to detail product features and benefits, including crafting user guides, FAQs, and training materials
  • Assist in the development of customer support processes and procedures
  • Assist in the design & build out of customer-first products and solutions

Education and/or Experience

Must be enrolled at an accredited university. Must be available five days a week from 9am-5pm for the duration of the internship from October 2025 to April 2025; some weekends or nights may be required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred.
