The Rocket City Trash Pandas are seeking a Promotions intern to join the most meteoric team in Minor League Baseball and help create the best fan experience in the sport for the 2026 season!
Responsibilities:
- Be a flexible team player ready to wear many different hats
- Be available as a mascot handler/mascot for games and community events
- Assist in scheduling and preparing pre and post-game promotions
- Creation of new and entertaining content for on-field promotions
- Assist in planning theme nights as well as participating in theme nights as needed (costumes, décor, giveaways, etc.)
- Interacting with fans and finding contestants for on-field promotions
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of games to be performed in between innings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and ability to take initiative with projects and events
- Have exceptional customer service and be a committed team player
- Willingness to wear a mascot costume if necessary
