Revenue Marketing Intern - $15.97/ Per Hour 

The Revenue Marketing Intern executes the advertising strategies of the Revenue Marketing Team. Supporting all Marketing campaign initiatives and events including retail and premium seating promotions, ticket pack activations, membership sales and retention, lead generation, and community relations and Minnesota Wild Foundation efforts.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Assist with executing brand marketing campaigns across earned, owned and paid marketing channels, including digital, video, TV, radio, app, print, and influencer executions.
  • Assist in internal marketing technology builds, including ticketing and sales platforms, chatbot, email marketing, websites, etc.
  • Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior to aid in the preparation of reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data provided by the analytics team.
  • Provide project management assistance for marketing department and internal company stakeholders.
  • Assist in writing, proofreading and editing copy for all marketing efforts.
  • Maintain content and project management calendar as well as manage print coordination where needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience proofreading, copywriting and editing.
  • Experience in the sports industry preferred.
  • Sales-focused marketing experience preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a team and independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
  • Enthusiastic to learn, sleeves and chip-in wherever needed with a positive attitude.
  • Strategically minded and able to take initiative with little direction.

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
