Forward Madison FC, Madison’s very own professional soccer team is looking for a determined, personable, and outgoing individual to learn from their league-leading sales team through a seasonal sales program! Learn the ins and outs of selling in professional sports and what it takes to bring the excitement and energy to Historic Breese Stevens Field!
Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets to assigned customer categories.
- Provide top-tier customer service via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email.
- Develop and actively prospect new sales leads.
- Maintain sales, payment and call logs.
- Use Ticketing POS system to accurately record sales and payments.
- Seek continued sales training from Manager and other experienced sales staff.
