Interact with fans at on and off-site events to promote the Georgia Swarm brand
Lead data collection efforts at community events
Execute set-up and tear down of Swarm fan zone
Getting Georgia Swarm fans (old and new) excited and involved by means of crowd interaction and verbal communication
Stay up to date about the Georgia Swarm season and all current product offerings
Ensure that fans are enjoying themselves and do your best to make sure every fan leaves our events with a good impression of the Georgia Swarm
Assist in community event promotional item giveaways before, during, and after the events
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be able to work weekends and some weekdays as needed
Must be reliable and punctual
Able to work in inclement weather
Comfortable engaging with fans
Ability to handle little guidance or specific direction depending given tasks
Willing to learn about Professional Indoor Lacrosse and the NLL
Have a great attitude and be excited to be a part of the Georgia Swarm staff!
Must be able to commit to a full summer
Applicants will need to be available May - August
