Job Summary: The Cincinnati Reds Ticketing Department is seeking team-oriented individuals to fill a variety of internship roles for the 2026 regular season. Internship requires working both gamedays and non-gamedays throughout the regular season. Internships will begin in March of 2026 and will run through September 2026. Internship roles include the following:
Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Execute sales inside the ballpark on game days for ticket packages and Consumer Club memberships. | 25% |
Work within Tickets.com ProVenue and Microsoft Dynamics CRM software. | 25% |
Provide a high level of service utilizing RedsWay training for all customers by performing in seat-visits, assisting with guest services & staffing the VIP Ticket Concierge. | 25% |
Assist in event operations including VIP Programming, Post-Game Concerts, Group Programming and Season Ticket Member & Consumer Clubs Events. | 20% |
Perform other duties as assigned. | 5% |
