Main goal

Join the UEFA Academy team and play a hands-on role in shaping the future of football and sports education.
By assisting the UEFA Academy team in the preparation and delivery of their top-class education programmes, you will get a unique behind-the-scenes experience at the heart of European football.

Key responsibilities

• Creating diplomas and personalised photographs for the graduation ceremonies of the UEFA Academy programmes;
• Ordering materials for UEFA Academy programmes;
• Processing applications for UEFA Academy programmes, notably creating condensed lists to prepare the selection process and archiving application documents;
• Updating UEFA Academy databases: experts and lecturers, course venues, course calendar, etc.;
• Uploading documents to the UEFA Academy knowledge-sharing online platform;
• Updating information on UEFAacademy.com;
• Creating visual support (PowerPoint) to be used during UEFA Academy programmes;
• Supporting the unit for events taking place at UEFA, notably university visits;
• Supporting the unit in one-off tasks linked to the development of existing or new initiatives of the UEFA Academy.
