Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide remarkable customer service to enhance the fan experience
Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
Understand and enforce all Griffins, Rise, and Van Andel Arena policies and procedures
Provide guests with accurate directions to and from arena locations, such as seating areas and restrooms
Be attentive to guests' needs and have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations
Report any incidents to the supervisor
Skills & Abilities
Excellent customer service skills are required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to project an approachable, professional attitude at all times is necessary
The ability to walk up and down stairs and stand in one place for long periods is required
Qualifications
Currently enrolled college-level student
Some prior customer service experience and event planning experience preferred
Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required
