Summary:

The Sales and Service Operations Intern will report to the Manager of Sales and Service Operations and provide support to the Sales department during the season. This includes regular office hours, game night, and event duties as needed. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist department coordinators with ongoing Sales and Service projects.
  • Organize internal and external events.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments, vendors, and partners regarding premium rentals, arena availability, etc. 
  • Utilize data platforms such as EngageRM and Archtics as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and processing member information.
  • Manage tracking analysis and reporting for Sales and Service Teams.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as front desk coverage, staff scheduling, managing calendars, tracking inventory, order entry, etc.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
  • Strong customer service, time-management, task-management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Must be highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to prioritize workload and problem solve.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous sports experience a plus!
  • Availability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
